It’s Black History Month! This year marks the 100th year of celebrating black history hence the 2026 theme, “A Century of Black History Commemorations!” ❤️🖤💛🖤💚
It's time for a Krystal Klear Komeback black history style!
Come and enjoy an afternoon of Lowcountry food tastings, expressive art forms, networking, vendors, black history trivia, and prizes!

A portion of event proceeds will go to a local non-profit school, Movement School Bridge View, which will assist students in enhancing their education. Movement Schools are public, non-profit charter schools. In partnership with their families, staff equip scholars with the tools to close generational gaps through self-efficacy, access to world-class instruction, and financial education.

Youth, youth leaders, families, entrepreneurs, business professionals, non-profit founders and owners, educators, and the rest of the community are invited to attend the Fashion & Talent Showcase: Non-Profits Compete!, a Learn Earn, Earn Learn (L.E.E.L.) Non-Profit Fundraiser.
Non-profits will compete for a $1,000 cash prize!

Non-Profit Registration:
To participate in this competition, non-profits must register at the link below and display fashion and talent that allow people to understand its mission in a 5-15 minute presentation (will receive a penalty for going over the time limit). For further details, send an email with your non-profit mission statement and proof of non-profit status to LEELNonProfit21@gmail.com.
They will be judged on the following:
1. All-Inclusive Fashion and Talent Theme (MUST depict your nonprofit’s mission statement)
2. Clear Messaging (To all generations - youth and adults)
3. Creativity
4. Audience Participation and Engagement (In a controlled manner)
5. Target Audience Mentioned
Inclusivity of Target Audience (Youth, adults, individuals with special needs, etc.)

L.E.E.L. is a non-profit of EC Youth. L.E.E.L. Initiative participants can register for EC Youth scholarships at the event.
Event sponsors, business and non-profit vendors, and food trucks/vendors are being accepted, along with sponsorship for children who are interested in participating in the L.E.E.L. Initiative (financial literacy education programs for youth).
